Bounty Loop
Everybody wins because nobody wins alone.
Connect a café and they get Connected free — including everything in Solo, for as long as you're on Lumahflow. Costs them nothing, costs you nothing. If that café goes to Scale, you earn 5% of what they pay us, every month we collect it, for up to 24 months — plus a one-time $75 once they've completed three successful paid billing cycles.

At Scale's $34.99 a month that is $1.75 a month plus the one-time $75 — up to $117 per café over two years. Both are earned on money we have actually collected, so you are never waiting on a payment that did not clear, and refunded or charged-back months do not count toward either.
The two halves do different jobs. The 5% is for bringing a café over. The $75 is for a café that stays — which is why it waits for three paid cycles on Scale. A café that pays twice and leaves earns you commission on both months and no bounty. Connecting cafés costs you nothing and gives them a free portal either way; cafés are never upgraded automatically, and Scale is always their own decision and their own subscription.
Straight with you: rewards are recorded in your referral ledger as we collect — amount, period and rate, written the moment that café's payment clears. Nothing waits on a system we have not built yet. What we do by hand is the paying: quarterly, within 30 days of quarter close, with a $25 minimum — anything under that rolls forward to the next one. There is no automatic payout run, and we would rather tell you that than let you find it. We can change or end this programme with notice — and anything you have already earned is honoured on the terms you earned it under.
