Do cafes ever have to pay? ▾
No. Cafes with an active roaster relationship on Lumahflow always have free access. If your roaster churns, we give you a 30-day grace period to either find a new roaster or invite one.
Can I switch plans later? ▾
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial? ▾
Yes - all roaster plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. ACH bank transfer available on Scale and Enterprise plans.
How does the LumahPay platform fee work? ▾
LumahPay processes wholesale payments between roasters and cafes via Stripe. Lumahflow charges a small platform fee on those transactions that goes DOWN as you grow: Starter 2%, Small 1.5%, Scale 1%, Enterprise 0%. Standard Stripe processing (2.9% + $0.30) applies to all transactions and goes directly to Stripe, not us. Roaster-to-cafe invoicing via LumahPay: Stripe fee only. No Lumahflow cut. Ever.
