Built inside a working roastery

Lumahflow is made at Archetype Kulture Coffee, a wholesale roastery that fills real café orders every week. The software runs that roastery's own accounts before it reaches anybody else's.

“We couldn’t afford what was on the market. So we built what the work actually demanded.”

What that changes

Every part of this was written to answer something that had already happened on a Tuesday — a café texting at 6 AM about an order nobody had written down, an invoice three follow-ups old, an account that went quiet and wasn’t noticed until the month closed.

It also sets the limits. We onboard roasteries by hand, a few at a time: we build your catalog and your café accounts with you rather than handing you an empty dashboard. That is slower than a signup form on purpose, and it is why there is a waitlist here rather than a “start now” button.

The platform fee is 0%

LumahPay moves wholesale payments between roasters and cafés through Stripe, and Lumahflow takes nothing from them — on every tier, always. Your cafés get their side free when you invite them. We would rather be paid for the software than take a cut of a roastery’s margin, which is thin enough already.
